Many people struggle with past trauma, anxiety, or high levels of stress that make it difficult to cope, let alone enjoy life. Often my clients find me when they’re at this point. They’re dealing with PTSD, feel trapped in the past, or have crushing depression and anxiety. I work with motivated adults, those in the LGBTQ+ community, and others who need an accepting and supportive therapist. I know it can feel like you’ll never get better, but you can get through this, and you deserve support.
